The first fully online cash loan product, iCash (iKeš), has been selected as one of the finalists for Finovate awards, gived to the best tech innovations worldwide. Earning a place among the top solutions in this competition represents a large success and acknowledgement that it is really a revolutionary product in individual financing space.
Raiffeisen Bank has introduced iCash (iKeš) product in September 2019, developed in cooperation with a local company NF Innova. It is the first loan product in Serbia that can be fully obtained online and is targeted to everyone, even non-customers of the Bank. This product is one-of-a-kind in the region as well, and the Serbian branch is the first in Raiffeisen Group with such advanced functionality.
Constant improvements of digital services and introduction of cutting-edge technological achievements are trademarks of long-term partnership between Raiffeisen banka Serbia and NF Innova.
The advantages of iKes loan are especially important in recent times, during Covid-19 pandemic, since it allows quick and easy access to financing without any physical contact, from the safety of own home. The Bank had a significant growth in approved iCash (iKeš) loans in the previous couple of months as well as the high level of satisfaction from the customers who have chosen this 100% online loan.
This product is just one of many technological innovations that Raiffeisen Bank has introduced recently as a part of the full digitalization strategy, which has earned the Bank “The best digital bank in Serbia” award by Global Finance magazine two years in a row.
The placement in the final round of Finovate competition is an additional confirmation of the quality of the Bank’s digital offering, since iCahs (iKeš) got its place among the very strong competition from the products of some of the major companies in this space.
Finovate competition gathers the leading banks worldwide, fintechs, business accelerators and individuals competing in 25 different categories. The final decisions are made by jury comprised of the top experts from various IT sectors and related industries.
