Join us – We are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst

In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading projects and working closely with the Product Manager/Product Owner and Development Lead counterparts to ensure user stories in the backlog are “development-ready” and that deliverables and timeframes are consistent with business priorities.

You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects. Your leadership skills will come in handy while working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met, timelines are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained. Your proactive approach and strong analytical and planning skills are essential to achieving our targets while working on projects with international clients.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management/business analysis
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies
• Agile and Scrum Master experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in English.

• Define and clarify the project scope, including developing a project plan and deliverables
• Managing team meetings and ceremonies including: daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and coordinating to resolve dependencies
• Control and document the progress of the project from start to finish, as well as evaluate each stage of the project and the end results
• Document processes and help define improvements by working with teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
