Join us – We are looking for a Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management within the IT or software industry. • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 6–8 years of experience in finance management within IT/software or technology companies.
  Technical Expertise:
  – Strong knowledge of local regulations and accounting are known to you.
  – Strong background in IFRS reporting standards.
  – Proficiency in financial controlling and project management.
  – Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft, SAP) and advanced Excel / Reporting skills (Power BI or similar).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead indirect teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication skills: You will play a key role in helping leadership translate strategic ideas into actionable financial plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Proficiency in English, as you will have daily interactions with international stakeholders

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee critical financial functions while providing strategic insights.

• Managing Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee accounting processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance. Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems, especially regarding cash flow and receivable management
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Project and Financial Controlling: Lead financial and project controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and mitigate risks through robust internal controls.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
• Auditing & Taxation: Liaise with auditors, manage tax obligations, and ensure timely reporting.
