You can define fully custom payment authorization workflows for each account for each legal entity. Also, it is possible to set different rules and required authorization paths depending on the account, currency, amount, etc.
Each authorization path defines the users/user groups that need to approve a payment, the order of approval, and the required 2-factor authorization method. For example, payment orders larger than $1,000 first need to be approved by someone from employee Group A using soft token OTP on a web channel, then Group B using Challenge/Response on mobile. Or, the company CFOs’ can approve such orders by themselves.
Companies can prepare payment orders in their ERP software and bulk import those to FINTENSE via standardized file formats.
Such payment packages can be edited in FINTENSE, approved partially by selecting a subset of orders, or approved altogether.
Like the bulk payment order importing from file, salary payment order sets can also be imported that way or created directly in FINTENSE, Omnichannel digital banking platform. The authorizer(s) can then approve & run all salary transfers at once.
The Bank can configure a different set of permissions for each employee of a legal entity, allowing for fine-tuned access controls. Some employees may get limited access to functionalities and products, depending on their role and responsibilities in the company.
A company can authorize an employee to be their Business Administrator in front of the Bank, who can take over the employee access permissions configuration. Such an Administrator can add and remove employee access and change the permissions for employees.
